Annaliza Lacerna, is the Controller for HSMC – MountainWest Properties. She graduated from DeVry University, San Diego campus in 2011 with a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management. She has over 20 years of Accounting experience with expertise in Real Estate, Property Management, Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Month-end Close, Financial Analysis and Consolidation, oversee and run an Accounting Department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll Processing.

Hiring people excites me as she loves working with people and choose the right candidates. She uses her positive attitude to train and encourage others to work hard and succeed. She loves volunteering as a way of giving back to the community and finally she loves to cook and sing in her free time.
