HSMC was founded in 2018 as a Sister Company to MountainWest Real Properties founded in 1981. HSMC provides full service general contracting for all the MountainWest Properties / projects. With over 100 years of combined construction experience HSMC brings the expertise, quality and commitment to each project it builds. We pride ourselves to uphold and prioritize the Mission Statement of our Company. HSMC provides General Contracting services including  offsite-onsite grading and utilities, framing, all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and Solar installation as well as Tenant Improvement and Renovations. Our expertise extends from Apartment Living, Senior Housing, Medical office and Medical Clinic, Commercial Office and Government built to suit.
