Janitzza Vizcaya has been avidly invested in Sales since 2003 and Property Management since 2015. She discovered her passion through the realm of leasing by working with customers in need of a place to call "home". She takes great pleasure and finds fulfillment in providing the perfect living space to suit the needs of the community she's involved with. She considers herself an apt leader in the industry and after years of professional development, real estate education, and having a keen eye for design has come to provide the ideal accommodations for the customers' needs. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family members here in the Chula Vista area. She also has an affinity for fine dining and participates in an array of outdoorsy activities that San Diego has to offer. Her motto is to promise only what she can deliver, but she always strives to deliver more than she promises.
