Controller

Steve Leung, brings over 20 years' experience in Accounting and commercial/residential Property Management. As Controller of MountainWest, Steve oversees the operations of the accounting department and maintenance of the multiple accounting software systems for all of MountainWest Properties. He also manages the various Partnership operations with direct reporting to the various Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships. He is responsible for preparations and analysis of financial statements, monthly property management reports and memorandums to investors. He is actively involved in the preparation of all partner returns and annual budgets. In addition Steve also assists in the preparation of new project analysis reports insuring a successful outcome to these projects. Steve is excited about MountainWest future developments and is optimistic for the expansion of the Company's apartment portfolio. He believes the residential rental market will continue to expand throughout the next decade as the housing demand in Southern California has not reached it market demand.
